Thunderbirds take out Grand Final
It a stunning display of elite netball, the Adelaide Thunderbirds have taken out the ANZ Trans Tasman Netball Competition. The Thunderbirds faced the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on the 11th of July and ran out winners 52 to 42 in front of a capacity crowd.
Babble would like to congratulate Coach Jane Woodlands Thompson and the Thunderbirds team for the win and would especially like to mention the Babble celebrities in the team -Â Natalie von Bertouch, Mo’onia Gerrard, Geva Mentor, Kate Beveridge, Sheree Wingard, Georgia Beaton, Beth Shimmin, Jo Sutton and Mel Rowlands.
